High altitudes

The rich and varied landscape, geology, flora and fauna here have made our mountains an integral part of local history, culture and traditions.  Only recently, the exploration of this unique environment has been made more accessible thanks to the creation of four new high-altitude trails.  These new trails and the modernization of older ones have made the mountains newly accessible and has given the Dents du Midi and the Dents Blanches back the glory of yesteryear.
