Fondue moitié-moitié ou piment d'Espelette, aux bolets ou à la tomate, (hot cheese in a pan with or without chili, with mushrooms or tomatoes), croûtes au fromage (baked cheese on a slice of bread), assiettes valaisannes ou de jambon cru du Val-d'Illiez (cold meat on a plate), home-made duck liver, regional fish carpaccio, salmon and pepper noodles, "mountain", gourmet or Nice salad. Lamb pie, beef filet, rib steak, tournedos, beef or salmon tartar, grilled salmon, red curry shrimps.
